Admission Requirements

The following requirements must be completed prior to your child attending the 2012 - 2013 school year
at St. Johns Grammar School. 

1. Tuition and Enrollment Contract - signed by both Parents or Legal Guardians

2. Student Information Sheet

3. Registration Fee ($100.00 non-refundable)

4. Book Fee paid

5. Enrichment Fee paid

6. New Student Requirements:

• Immunization Record, completed and signed by physician.
• HRS Health Form, completed and signed by physician.
• Birth Certificate (State law requires we see the original. We will make a copy of the  certificate and return the original back to you.)

7. Tuition Payments for the 2011 - 2012 school year must be up to date and no outstanding balance by May 31, 2012.

8. Request for records of new students will be made by our business office to former school.
